What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Technician/RBT position at Intense Behavioral Services?
Responsibilities:
Be able to work 1:1 or in a group setting with clients implementing behavior plans, behavioral reduction procedures, and kill acquisition treatment plans.
Ability to work with client's in there home and community
Ability to collect data using data collection programs
Ability to follow behavioral plans and graphing data
Position is great for persons persuing a degree in psychology, sociology, education, or others interested in the field of Behavioral Analysis.
Assist patients with day communication and socialization.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year working with children with disabilities/ Autism
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have good communications skills
Ability to build a rapport with clients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
