What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Aging Services position at Intent Clinical?
Position: Director of Aging Services
Status: Full time, exempt
Location: Remote position, preference for Boston or NY residents
Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 (base reflects a full time salary, determined by experience, and range reflects base plus bonus)
Who we are:
Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assist in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.
Who you are:
You are collaborative, organized, and have excellent oral communication and writing skills. You have experience in the mental health and behavioral health industry, outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong understanding of the aging services landscape. As the Director of Aging Services, you will build and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to serving aging clients and their families. You will oversee service delivery, marketing, and operational components of Intent Clinical’s aging services department. This role is primarily remote, but will involve approximately 50% travel for in-person business development activities and client work. Preference will be given to candidates with experience serving high-net-worth clients and Psych RNs.
What you’ll do:
We encourage applications from people of color, women, those with disabilities, LGBTQIA individuals, immigrants, veterans and anyone else who has faced discrimination or oppression as a result of their identities. We are committed to promoting an environment that celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in all areas of our organization. We strive to foster an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued. We embrace differences of all kinds, such as age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, physical ability, religion, veteran status, national origin, and socioeconomic background, among others.
We understand that diversity goes beyond visible differences and encompasses a vast array of characteristics, experiences and beliefs. We actively seek individuals with diverse backgrounds to join our team because we believe this enriches our company culture and enhances the services to our clients. Studies have shown that folks of historically marginalized groups will often only apply to a job if they meet or exceed the listed qualifications. If you believe that you could be a good fit for our company, but don’t quite hit every requirement, please do still apply, we would love to hear from you!
