Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour (commensurate with experience).Reports to: Director of OperationsWho we are:Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assist in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. This role will play a vital part in supporting our operational efficiency. This role is 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of full-time after 6 months. The weekly schedule is flexible.What you’ll do:Administrative Functions:
- Provide administrative support to operations team such as organizing files, asset management, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Researching and compiling information online and through other data sources.
- Ad hoc data entry and organization projects across various departments.
- Assist in daily operational functions to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to support HR activities such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and organizing onboarding materials.
- Add new clients to the billing platform.
- Assist with miscellaneous operational projects and reporting.
- Other tasks as indicated and necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in operationsor administrative roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle information with the discretion and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience within operations, human resources or related fields.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of behavioral health or psychology.
- Demonstrated engagement in community service initiatives, particularly those focused on underserved communities.
- An understanding of social responsibility and how to contribute positively to the well-being of others.
