07SC - ITCL Foodservice Unit - RPAL - REPORTING ANALYST

Position is remote / hybrid   TITLE: Reporting Analyst   POSITION OBJECTIVE:  This job will be cross functional and handle all healthcare reporting for both Inteplast and Pitt Plastics to our primary GPO partners.  Position will also be responsible for working with the healthcare sales team to interact with  distribution partners and to resolve conflicts in the data received. Position will also work with Healthcare Business Analyst to develop opportunity reports for the RSM and Healthcare sales team.   QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires a BS/BA degree in sales, communications, business or a related field. 3-5 years related work experienced preferred The candidate must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite of Products and existing sales support materials in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and any other tools at their disposal. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills: Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data. Data visualization skills: Ability to create clear and informative reports and    dashboards. Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop solutions. Understanding of purchasing and supply chain principles: Knowledge of GPO operations, contract management, and vendor relationships. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector the GPO serves.  Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Foodservice Business Unit regional and territory sales managers at trade and industry functions. Work with large amounts of data to draw meaningful conclusions Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality Provide regular reporting and analysis to team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to develop solutions to enhance business operations Data Collection and Analysis: Gathers, cleans, and analyzes data from various sources related to purchasing, contracts, and supply chain performance. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), identifies trends, and prepares reports to assess the effectiveness of GPO programs and contracts. System and Process Improvement: Identifies areas for improvement in GPO processes and systems based on data analysis and recommendations. Collaboration with Stakeholders:  Works closely with other GPO team members, procurement professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making. Prepare and analyze reports for sales management, regarding distributor and direct buying customers associated with the assigned geography or market segment. Submit reporting to GPO partners in a timely manner. Provide updated reporting to the Healthcare Sales team and Regional Sales Managers Prepare ad hoc reporting as requested to assist sales team with meeting preparation.  Convert data reporting from our distribution partners and submit to our 3rd party healthcare GPO's in their requisite format. Review raw data and develop process to convert to the requisite file format for data submission. Assist in data gathering for national and regional RFP's.   INTEPLAST GROUP CORPORATION
