TITLE: Assistant Customer Service Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Primary contact to interact with customers, sales, marketing, technical, manufacturing and business units to ensure customer needs are met. Drives solutions together with team to respond to inquiries from customers, internal and external, of a general or complex nature.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma
College degree preferred
Previous work in customer service and management role
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communicate skills
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee customer service representatives/manage the division of territories to ensure even distribution of coverage.
Confer with customers by telephone or via email to provide information about products, pricing, availability, product uses, and delivery.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Liaison for customer orders between all departments.
Review daily reports and communicate any actions needed to the appropriate department.
Attend operations daily meetings.
Management of personnel resources such as motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Judgement and decision making such considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Critical thinking such as using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
