Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and document business requirements , working closely with subject matter experts.
Bridge the gap between business users and IT teams to provide effective technical solutions.
Lead requirements validation, scope management, and process design throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather and fully document requirements for trading and reporting systems .
Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to drive seamless integrations.
Conduct system integration testing and lead user acceptance testing efforts.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
What We're Looking For :
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Repos, and Money Market instruments , including trade booking and risk reporting.
Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) related to derivatives and fixed income securities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with business and technology partners.
Understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization .
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in investment banking operations or a related financial services role.
Strong understanding of trading platforms, risk management tools, and financial software .
Technical aptitude and experience working with IT systems and business applications .
