As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and technology teams, leveraging vast datasets to drive operational excellence. Your work will be critical in evaluating supplier performance, optimizing procurement strategies, and delivering insights that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate supply chain and procurement performance using data-driven insights.
• Design, build, and maintain key metrics, reports, and dashboards to track supply chain execution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership, providing actionable insights to improve operations.
• Utilize data mining, modeling, and segmentation techniques to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, influencing key business decisions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-3 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Background in statistics, programming, or supply chain (academic or professional).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight (preferred but not required).
• A graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or supply chain is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business leadership.
