- Client Support: Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues, leveraging appropriate resources to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Guide team members in addressing operational and technical issues while applying advanced problem-solving skills and judgment.
- Service Excellence: Provide high-quality service, proactively assisting clients with potential business needs, and introducing them to appropriate resources.
- Business Development: Use your broad understanding of financial services to propose expanded offerings for front-office consideration.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience and developing process improvements.
- Industry Expertise: Represent a broad array of financial services while working closely with key individuals at assigned clients.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of financial services experience (mandatory).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in brokerage/RIA is a plus.
- Licensing (Preferred): Series 6/7 certification.
- Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office.
- Equipment: Company-provided.
