What You'll Do
- System Compliance & Optimization: Ensure all systems, applications, software, and hardware align with corporate policies and procedures. Identify issues and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Documentation & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, design documents, and standard operating procedures. Lead efforts in documenting processes and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Application Development, QA, and Business teams to understand and meet infrastructure needs during planning, design, and testing phases.
- Infrastructure Enhancements: Assist in implementing technology changes to improve infrastructure reliability, resiliency, and efficiency.
- Support & Improvement: Perform production support tasks and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Team Contributions: Be an integral part of achieving team objectives through proactive collaboration and expertise.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Application Mail Routing and Mail Delivery (SPF/MX/DKIM).
- Proficiency with SMTP , Proofpoint Email Gateway , and Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online .
- Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical writing/documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Splunk (searching, reporting, dashboards) and PowerBI .
- A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Bonus points for experience in the securities or financial services industry !
