Financial Reporting Analyst – Regulatory Change Management
📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office) – NYC
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Regulatory Change Management team. This role supports the development of new regulatory reporting processes, enhancements to existing frameworks, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regulatory reporting process owners to understand business and rule requirements.
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements for IT system enhancements.
- Analyze financial data related to regulatory reporting requirements.
- Define and implement testing strategies, including test planning and validation.
- Support training and implementation of new or improved regulatory processes.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ 7 years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or regulatory compliance within the banking/financial industry.
✅ Strong background in financial product and data analysis, working with large datasets including transactional and reference data.
✅ Nasdaq Axiom Configuration experience (3-5 years, Web version).
✅ Hands-on experience with US regulatory reporting packages (CCAR 14M/Q, Y9C, 101, Call Reports, Basel, etc.).
✅ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
✅ Strong understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT), test strategies, and execution.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
