IntePros is hiring an experienced Payables Analyst in West Palm Beach, FL, who thrives in a high-volume transaction environment, looking to advance their career! In this role, you will support our client's construction teams with funding and production forecasting, ensuring that financial resources are properly allocated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a large volume of transactions, performing variance analysis, and reviewing jobs for approval while reserving funds in P2. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.

Onsite Monday through Thursday, remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support construction teams by managing funding and production forecasts to ensure funds are directed to the appropriate projects.
- Handle a high volume of transactions daily, including reviewing and approving/rejecting at least 30 jobs and coordinating funding for 100 jobs.
- Perform variance analysis by comparing forecasts to actual results, identifying discrepancies, and driving desired outcomes.
- Ensure POs are funded based on market requirements and manage systems to reserve funds and route POs appropriately.
- Provide job reviews, including approvals and rejections, to ensure that POs cover pending labor needs.
- Utilize Excel, including Pivot Tables, for data analysis and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with project funding requirements.
- Work instructions will be provided to assist in daily tasks.
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the construction finance industry or a similar environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables), and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform granular analysis and identify key drivers for results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis.
- Ability to manage large datasets and PO funding requirements.
Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce.
