IntePros is offering a Process ENG II job in Danvers, MA. Candidates will provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. This includes recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and production yields for existing products. They will also integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
This is a one-year contract assignment.
This is an on-site role in Danvers, MA.
Process ENG II Job Responsibilities Include
- Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
- Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility between processes and designs.
- May develop and conduct statistical analysis or recommend additions to document work.
- Leads the innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations.
- This can include scouting and feasibility work, material selection, process and equipment selection, tooling fixture and equipment installation, and assessment of inputs, outputs, and alignment to requirements.
- Develops manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and may develop techniques, including measurement systems.
- Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.
Qualifications
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Medical Device or Bio-Medical Industry. Or zero years of experience with an Advanced degree.
- Must have Validation Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Must have Test Method Validation experience.
- Must have experience with Problem Solving/Process Improvements.
