Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the pallet automated moving solution, ensuring seamless technology integration.
- Coordinate and execute test cases and test plans, including inventory validation, test execution, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify and solve process flow challenges in real time.
- Conduct user experience testing and support operational surveys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, earning trust through effective communication and reliability.
- Balance collaborative tasks with autonomous problem-solving while receiving clear task direction from leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field, OR equivalent hands-on experience in project/process engineering.
- Background in automation, manufacturing, or operations with customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to apply leadership principles, including:
