IntePros is seeking a Product Manager to join our premier client, supporting a community impact team. This role focuses on data product management, leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of key reporting dashboards and tools to support global volunteering initiatives.

- Collaborate with customers to define data product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps for workforce and community impact reporting.
- Secure stakeholder buy-in on product roadmaps to ensure scalability, localization, and extensibility.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and design teams to build, refine, and maintain QuickSight dashboards that track volunteering efforts across multiple teams.
- Define business and system requirements, create user-friendly reporting tools, and troubleshoot technical issues post-launch.
- Manage existing QuickSight dashboards and related data pipelines, ensuring seamless data ingestion and transformation for front-end reporting.
- Serve as the escalation point for data pipeline issues, diagnosing problems and working with tech teams to prioritize and resolve them.
- Maintain and enhance Smartsheets-based volunteering intake tools, coordinating data archiving, troubleshooting user issues, and implementing new features.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize dashboard UI, improve data accuracy, and drive product adoption.
- Provide insights on the go-to-market strategy for new data initiatives.
- Launch five new QuickSight dashboards for specific customer use cases, collaborating with stakeholders and tech teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards, ensuring seamless data integration from multiple front-end products, troubleshooting ingestion/reporting issues, and managing system updates.
- Oversee Smartsheets-based volunteering intake tools, supporting data archiving, feature enhancements, and overall system stability.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on data-driven products.
- Strong experience working with data visualization tools, particularly QuickSight.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations across multiple front-end systems.
- Comfort working with technical teams to define requirements, manage product lifecycles, and support post-launch issues.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, product launch, and iteration.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams, particularly in tech-driven environments.
