Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of telephone equipment supporting the Business VoiceEdge and CB Global product lines. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the product landscape, reduce complexity, and introduce cutting-edge devices and functionality to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:Device Launch and Management
- Lead the launch of new devices from Poly and Cisco for Business VoiceEdge and CB Global product lines.
- Streamline and consolidate device offerings by reducing SKUs for CB Global.
- Develop and maintain documentation for bring-your-own (BYO) device options for CB Global customers.
- Define and share a clear product vision with End-to-End teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and network engineers, product engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, and sales enablement.
- Create and communicate sales talking points and collateral to support new product introductions.
- Establish operational workflows and customer care support frameworks to ensure seamless product adoption.
- Drive the consolidation of CB Global offerings, enhancing efficiency and customer value.
- Introduce innovative devices and functionality to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with an experienced product lead for guidance and mentorship.
- Partner with a program manager for each initiative, a sales operations analyst for sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational workflows.
- Work with an extended team of professionals, including marketing, training, pricing, and promotions experts.
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of Unified Communication products and solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate a product vision and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly in creating technical and customer-facing materials.
- Ability to work on-site in Philadelphia 3 days a week.
