Program Manager I

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive impactful research programs and initiatives. This role will work across multiple internal teams, including leadership, science, product, marketing, and legal, while engaging directly with external researchers to facilitate cutting-edge research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support scaling external research grant programs and calls-for-proposals.
• Coordinate with award recipients and internal stakeholders to collect and disseminate project information.
• Manage workflows, including payments and legal contracts, to ensure smooth program execution.
• Organize data and research proposals to support the launch of new initiatives, including a science repository and a new CRM with custom proposal management.
• Support the development and implementation of the new CRM system.
• Utilize data analytics skills to structure data, support metrics reporting, and influence team dashboard development.
• Gather and organize research insights and outcomes for reporting and strategy development.
• Continuously refine research program processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to academic outreach efforts, enhancing engagement across research initiatives.

• Data Analytics & Organization – Experience in organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data, with a strong ability to communicate data-driven insights.
• Program & Project Management – At least 2 years of experience managing business analytics, research initiatives, or operational programs.
• Excel & Reporting – Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, to support data management and reporting.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in business analytics, program or product management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM management (preferred but not required).
• Ability to develop roadmaps, schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Knowledge of program management best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
