Program Manager I – Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to drive operational excellence within a global robotics operations environment. This role will manage end-to-end deployment order management for multiple engineering projects, ensuring site readiness, resolving issues, and driving process improvements in the robotics supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain project management, be data-driven, and excel at cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Deployment Engineering orders and projects across the robotics supply chain.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness and high delivery standards.
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues related to deployment order mismatches and customer tickets.
• Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion within the team.
• Develop automated solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve manual processes.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference purposes.
• Drive cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in partnership with robotics supply chain leadership.
  
  

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

• Supply Chain Experience – 3 years of project management experience in supply chain or logistics, particularly in fast-paced, tech-driven environments like robotics.
• Cross-Functional Project Management & Communication – Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Comfort with analyzing data and making recommendations for improvements based on KPIs and performance metrics.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3 years of project or program management experience within supply chain or logistics.
• 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
• Strong ability to evaluate and solve complex supply chain issues.
• High integrity and excellent communication skills ("Earns Trust" Leadership Principle).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of driving end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with order management, supply chain process improvements, or robotics.
• Familiarity with systems, configuration management, and automated solutions.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking order progress and aligning with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delivery, and system deficiencies.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data trends and making operational recommendations.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, and cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment.
