- Coordinate and manage all aspects of program execution, including setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and drive program success.
- Maintain program trackers and workflow documentation to ensure milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on program status and key deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Program Management Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years managing programs, preferably within AI, marketing, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and program management tools such as Asana (PLM tool experience is a plus).
