What You’ll Do
✅ Lead Vulnerability Management Initiatives – Develop and execute a comprehensive program to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
✅ Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure effective vulnerability mitigation.
✅ Monitor & Analyze Security Trends – Interpret vulnerability scan results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend risk-based remediation strategies.
✅ Ensure Compliance & Risk Mitigation – Align vulnerability management efforts with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
✅ Project Management & Reporting – Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules while providing regular updates to senior leadership.
✅ Process Optimization – Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance vulnerability management efficiency.
What You Bring To The Team
🔹 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or related fields.
🔹 Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and vulnerability scanning tools.
🔹 Proven experience in program/project management and cross-functional coordination.
🔹 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
