- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Lead efforts in scope management, estimation, client relationship management, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor financial metrics, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue accruals, while ensuring compliance with financial standards.
- Engage and inspire cross-functional teams, establish governance structures, and liaise between clients and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
