IntePros is looking for a Industry Specialist to work a hybrid 3 days a week on-site work schedule for our client located in Seattle, WA or Denver, CO. This is an exciting role that will be a part of building sustainability team focused on carbon emissions data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the 2040 NZC Glidepath for multiple building formats
- Prioritize the most impactful carbon reduction initiatives for Sustainable Buildings
- Plan and execute implementation of initiatives across the portfolio
- Define and test new innovative solutions to unlock future carbon reduction initiatives
- Build out and support reporting mechanism to track impact
- 6 years of relevant work experience in store design, construction, operations, or sustainability
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Structural or Mechanical engineering, or a relevant study
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge in high volume industrial operations or facilities management
- Experience working with procurement to drive sustainable product selection
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- PMP, LEED or Well Accredited
