Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation of SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) , focusing on access provisioning, certification, and remediation for audit findings.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate IGA solutions within the SailPoint platform.
• Configure and manage LCM workflows , workgroups, and direct connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe, etc.).
• Develop and enforce Segregation of Duty (SoD) rules and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes related to IAM.
• Train and mentor team members on SailPoint Identity Now best practices.
• Drive technical deployment projects , collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process workflows, flowchart diagrams, and documentation to support IAM operations.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec, Risk, and Corporate Security Policies .
• Optimize SailPoint IGA solutions for performance, efficiency, and security.
• Promote security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Work closely with IT engineering teams to drive adoption of IAM security solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ implementation and configuration.
• IAM and Cybersecurity experience , including identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with incident/problem management processes .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field .

• Experience with Project Management and Business Analysis .
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
