Our client, a leading global medical device company, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to develop and lead asset reliability and maintenance programs across its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
As a key subject matter expert (SME), you'll shape and sustain best practices in equipment reliability, working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, continuous improvement, and facilities maintenance.

As a key subject matter expert (SME), you'll shape and sustain best practices in equipment reliability, working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, continuous improvement, and facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability strategies across the plant, driving consistency and standardization in maintenance practices.
- Lead Asset Criticality Assessments, FMEAs, and proactive maintenance strategies (PMs, predictive, and preventive tasks).
- Utilize data to identify trends, improve asset uptime, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Establish and track KPIs, build performance dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to plant leadership.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to mitigate future failures.
- Ensure CMMS accuracy, including asset data, maintenance schedules, and workflow processes.
- Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) events and collaborate on autonomous maintenance improvements.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and asset performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Expertise in RCFA, FMEA, and TPM methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence continuous improvement.
