Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development:
- Develop concepts, schedules, and test plans.
- Design packaging and tooling prototypes.
- Oversee qualification, validation, and documentation for commercialization.
- Manufacturing Support:
- Address packaging-related production issues.
- Drive cost and process improvements.
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead initiatives, CAPA resolutions, and compliance projects.
- Support due diligence for new business opportunities.
- BS (10 years) or MS (8 years) in Packaging Engineering or related field; medical device/pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, sterile/non-sterile devices, and packaging materials/methods.
- Familiarity with test methods, validation processes, and international standards.
- Travel as needed to support projects.
