Supply Chain Planner
Location: Audubon, PA (Fully Onsite)
IntePros is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Jr. to Sr. level positions) to permanently join our growing Medical Device client. This role integrates demand and supply streams into a synchronized plan, aligning Sales and Product Development teams to ensure an achievable demand plan based on incoming supply and on-hand inventory. You will play a key role in creating demand and supply plans, monitoring variances, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain supply plans for vendors, aligning with inventory needs.
- Generate long-term vendor plans based on capacity and future business demands.
- Collaborate with Product Managers for demand reviews, integrating sales forecasts, projects, and market introductions.
- Create attainable demand plans, factoring in supplier capabilities and business goals.
- Build inventory strategies to support sales acceleration and backlog closures.
- Monitor and adjust forecasts based on inputs from stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply/demand planning or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented environments.
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
