In this role, you will oversee the deployment of robotics solutions for both new construction and existing building retrofits. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, technical expertise in robotics engineering, and a passion for sustainability and circularity in product decommissioning and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the deployment of robotics solutions, including new installations and retrofits.
- Lead the implementation of reverse logistics programs to create circularity from waste streams.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including IT Security, AWS, Ops Tech, Logistics, and Design.
- Manage project escalations, including quality hand-offs, live order testing, and system performance monitoring.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and maintain project budgets, negotiate change orders, and report on project updates.
- Ensure seamless integration of robotics technologies while optimizing operational efficiency.
- Travel up to 75% across the U.S. for on-site project management.
- 3 years of project management experience, including scope and schedule management.
- Strong expertise in robotics engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in sustainability and reverse logistics programs is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and project reporting.
- Experience with network infrastructure and IT system integration.
- Ability to develop strategic project roadmaps and execute efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with CAD models and technical drawings.
