IntePros is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our premier client in the consumer robotics industry. In this role, you will drive forward key robotics initiatives, developing innovative, robust, and automated solutions to enhance AI and device/cloud service interactions. You will own and manage complex programs from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, QA, and research teams to optimize product performance and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver large-scale, complex robotics programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Define business and system requirements, write specifications, and drive project schedules from design to release.
• Lead and coordinate efforts across internal and external teams, ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and address gaps in AI-powered audio processing, helping improve device responsiveness.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  
  

Top Skills Required:

• 5 years of technical program management experience, working directly with software engineering teams.
• Full-stack technical expertise with experience in device/cloud services.
• Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Familiarity with robotics, AI/ML, or audio processing is a plus.
