We are seeking a dynamic and motivated bilingual Social Media Editor to elevate IDB Invest’s social media presence. As IDB Invest embarks on a new chapter with its innovative Originate-to-Share business model, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy.
As IDB Invest’s Social Media Editor, you will be responsible for managing IDB Invest’s social media channels to strengthen its corporate image and support business objectives through strategic social media initiatives.
You will work in close collaboration with DCC, together with IDB Invest’s Communications and Marketing teams, to position IDB Invest effectively.
What you’ll do :
- Translate business objectives into social media strategies.
- Plan and execute a social media strategy, including paid media promotions.
- Manage social media content calendar in coordination with IDB and IDB Invest teams.
- Write, edit, and create content in English and Spanish for IDB Invest’s social media corporate channels.
- Manage workflow with designers, producers, and translators to develop artwork and multimedia content.
- Provide performance reports based on KPIs and campaigns.
- Monitor digital conversations, manage reputational risks, and respond to online queries.
- Conduct employee advocacy trainings for IDB Invest employees.
