This position will be responsible for maintaining and inputting all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) into CRM software, reviewing project documentation, including plans & specifications, following up with customers on RFQs & developing customer relationships, supporting the Sales & Estimating team in completing other sales-related tasks, quoting jobs, and negotiating contracts, sourcing products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material costs.
- You will work closely with the Sales & Estimating team to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with clients.
- You will review project documentation, including plans & specifications, to ensure accurate quotes and timely project completion.
- You will maintain and update CRM software to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- You will source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material costs and negotiate contracts to meet customer needs.
