Essential Functions for the Industrial Assembler Include:
- Ability to ensure that component units meet specifications, schematics, tolerances, and customer quality requirements
- Safe and expert-level use of all tools including hydraulic equipment, hand tools, power tools, electro-cable tools for connections and wiring according to specifications
- Effective ongoing communication with Supervisors and peers in writing and in person
Minimum Requirements for the Industrial Assembler Worker Include:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior mechanical experience and expertise is required.
- Problem Solving
- Self Starter
- Must be able to lift and move components weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to read blue prints, schematics, and drawings.
