Full-Time Hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and one Saturday a month.

Essential Functions for the Customer Service Representative Include:
- Assist customers with general inquiries, tracking deliveries via phone, email or web.
- Contact customers for order verification, updates, and delivery notification as needed.
- Actively listening, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
- Work cross-functionally with management teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Minimum Required Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representative Include:
- 2 years of experience in data entry, order desk, administrative, or customer service role.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, be quick, flexible and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills; interacting well with multiple departments in a supportive and friendly manner.
- Able to type 40 wpm with 98% accuracy.
