Established, financially stable company with multiple locations is seeking an additional team member.
2nd/3rd shift only is offered at this time for the Service Advisor. Hours: 5:30pm to 6:00am on a rotating 5 day work week: 10 - 12 hours daily. NOTE: Some flexibility with start time and hours!
Hourly Rate of Pay for the Service Advisor is $18.00 to $20.00 PLUS a night shift differential of $1.50 per hour. More experience equals more pay offered!
Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for the Service Advisor Include:
- Answer service calls and emails from customers.
- Receive incoming work orders and prioritize emergency/routine maintenance.
- Schedule shop work or locate service locations as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy.
- Assign work to technician and follow up on job as needed.
- Communicate with the customer regarding status of his/her service request.
- Close work orders as they are completed and coordinate payment of services.
- Dispatch work/jobs to shop floor and help coordinate Fleet Services.
- Follow up with customers daily to ensure work order was completed to their satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Service Advisor Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- 2 years' commercial service experience preferred.
- Must possess and use good interpersonal skills and can interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
- Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.
- Strong computer skills highly desired
- Solid work history is required to be considered.
