Commit to 4 shifts or greater and receive -
5,000 (Receive $500 after 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1500 at 9 months and $2000 at 12 months)
If you can't commit - then join us as a
Casual Employee for a $2500 (Receive $250 after 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $750 at 9 months and $1000 at 12 months)
Must Be Able To Work The Following Availability :

Night shift
Rotating weekends
Weekend availability
Holidays – Total of 8 per year, paid 2-1 / 2 times base hourly rate
Overtime
Qualifications To Be Hired At IFCC :
Must have a current NA / R registration in the State of MN.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
Moving, lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Experience working in geriatrics or with the elderly is preferred but
not required.
