Summary
INTER-OP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Managerto join our team. Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and maintaining DCAA compliance for government contractors is essential
- Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations
- Manages contract reporting and compliance for GSA Schedules and GWAC contracts
- Generates and manages Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Conducts contract negotiation, manages and documents contract modifications and administers contract compliance
- Serve as advisor regarding contractual requirements, risk mitigation, customer specifications and government regulations
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions
- Be the main point of contact for government contracting officers and representatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in contract management, with a minimum of 5 years in government contracting preferred
- Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal regulations
- Strong negotiation and contract administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional certifications like CFCM or CPCM are a big plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
