Delivery Driver for The Sanctuary, one of Sacramento’s premier Dispensaries for Adult Use and Medical cannabis, is growing once again. Join our team as a Delivery Driver, responsible for delivering cannabis products to the Sanctuary customers while adhering to all state driving laws and compliance regulations. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional service and answering delivery-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and deliver customer orders using our routing/dispatch software
- Ensure timely and professional delivery of products
- Verify customer identity, handle cash payments, and ensure accurate exchanges
- Follow assigned routes and communicate deviations with the Dispatcher or Manager
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, text, and in-person during deliveries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and team members
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
- Report on customer requests or issues to the Dispatcher or Manager when necessary
- Adhere to all traffic laws and operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Foster a positive work environment built on trust, loyalty, and respect
- Regular, dependable attendance is required
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Clean DMV record
- Additional responsibilities as needed
