ITS offers year-round sports and enrichment programs specifically designed for Southern California Native American communities, including basketball, softball, flag football, cross country, soccer, and cheer. Beyond sports, ITS provides wellness programs, cultural gatherings, educational outings, and leadership training. Role Description
This is a seasonal part-time role based out of San Diego, CA, but the job requires travel all over Southern California. The Program Aide will support the planning and execution of athletic and enrichment programs, assist with administrative tasks, communicate with participants and stakeholders, and provide general support to ensure that programs run smoothly. Tasks include coordinating schedules, assisting with events, collecting and organizing data, and performing other duties as assigned by the program manager.
