As we enter an exciting phase of rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced, independent, and analytically minded Research Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our research offerings. 

What You’ll Do 

This role will expand Interact Analysis’ research portfolio to meet the growing demand for insights tailored to marketing, strategy, and PR professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to help us launch a new voice of customer service that our clients have been asking for. This position would be deployed across our core areas of expertise: 

• Industrial automation 
• Warehouse automation 
• Robotics 
• Commercial vehicles 

You’ll be at the forefront of a new initiative, responsible for: 

• Collaborating with existing research teams to identify profitable opportunities for end-user focused research. 
• Designing research scopes and gathering quantitative and qualitative data. 
• Creating and running surveys to capture end-user insights where applicable. 
• Analyzing data, producing compelling written deliverables, and presenting findings to clients. 
• Establishing best practices for this style of research to build a sustainable practice.

This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact. You’ll be the first employee dedicated to this research style and will be instrumental in helping to shape its direction. Success in this role would lead to building a team around a growing research practice. 

What We’re Looking For 

This is a senior-level role, requiring a self-starter who thrives on both creativity and analytical rigor. Given the uncharted nature of this position, you must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up. Additionally, experience in managing client relationships as it pertains to market research is a must.   

To succeed, you’ll need to demonstrate: 

• A passion for technology trends, economics, and world events. 
• Strong written communication skills to convey complex ideas to varied audiences. 
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of surveying software, SQL or Python is a plus but not essential. 
• Familiarity with survey design, execution, and analysis. 
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years of experience in market research or a related field. 
• Proven experience in designing and running surveys. 
• Experience in conducting market research projects. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit, positivity, and a drive to learn and grow.

Salary & Benefits 

• Salary & Starting salary of $90-95k with the opportunity to increase this rapidly
