Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Food Production
Location: Vineland, New Jersey
Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts Night: 6 PM–6 AM Alternating weekly schedules of 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll take charge of ensuring that our production equipment operates at its best. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems.
- Utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to manage work orders and maintenance logs.
- Collaborating with production teams and supervisors to address maintenance priorities and process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and industry standards in all maintenance activities.

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong maintenance background in food production environments and expertise in troubleshooting production equipment.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3 years of maintenance experience in the food production industry.
- Expertise with mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP/CMMS systems for managing maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and working in regulated environments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
