Production Associate - Weekends Only
Location: Lancaster, TX
Shift: Mon- Fri 8:00 AM – 4:00PM
About the Role
InterAction24 is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Associates for weekend shift only!. This is an entry-level position in a fast-paced food production environment where your attention to detail and teamwork will help ensure we meet high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic production tasks, including packing, sorting, and organizing products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
- Work efficiently in a cold environment (temperature-controlled).
- Follow all safety and dress code guidelines, including proper footwear and attire.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Must adhere to a strict dress code: no slides, Crocs, sandals, or face piercings (must be removable).
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Must be E-Verified and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends only
