We specialize in servicing shopping centers and commercial properties, requiring a high level of attention to detail. We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented individual to join our lawncare & snow removal maintenance division. This is a full-time, year-round position with no experience required, as we are committed to training the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform spring cleanup, debris removal, and mulching
- Mow lawns using zero-turn and push mowers
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls
- Conduct weed control and shrub/tree trimming
- Install and maintain flower beds
- Perform fall cleanup and leaf removal using blowers, shovels, and rakes
- Complete general work tasks in the shop
- Perform winter duties including account, equipment, and shop maintenance, as well as snow removal and ice control services
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Williston, VT 05495 (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work on-call and weekends during winter months
Compensation
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
