Background :
This position supports the discovery, implementation, and sustainment of a comprehensive ServiceNow solution for a dedicated Department of Defense (DoD) community with significant leadership visibility. The Platform Architect / Implementation Lead will be the technical authority responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of a multi-product ServiceNow solution, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep expertise in ServiceNow, capable of guiding a cross-functional team to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet complex DoD requirements.
Responsibilities :
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering). Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture and development, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow implementations
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications for multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, integrations, and development frameworks
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Active Security clearance required; eligibility for higher-level clearance is a plus
