Our client, part of a multi-billion dollar corporation with a product portfolio focused on the development, design, and manufacturing of specialty engineered products in a variety of industries, is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor. You will have a small team directly reporting to you and be responsible for facilitating support for industrial manufacturing buildings, office space, and surrounding company campus property.

Required education/experience:

• Associates degree in an applicable trades field, or formal technical training with 5 years of experience in a facilities support position OR 10 years full-time employment in facilities support role demonstrating proven past performance
• 2 plus years of experience in a lead or supervisor position with 2 or more direct reports
• Collaborate with site leadership and department managers to plan projects and keep stakeholders informed
• Oversee resource allocation for both internal staff and external vendors
• Support the upkeep, planning, and day to day facility needs associated with site infrastructure, manufacturing equipment, and property maintenance
• Well versed in required software applications related to both facilities and duties required as a supervisor of employees

Preferred education/experience:

• Formal education or training in facility management, continuous improvement, or predictive/preventive maintenance across multiple skilled disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing or fabrication cells, industrial rotating equipment, and building systems
