Job Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of our SaaS solutions, and ensuring customer success. If you have a passion for sales, a proven track record in SaaS, and experience in the event management or adjacent industries, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and target potential customers through outreach efforts and marketing-driven leads.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand customer pain points, present tailored solutions, and communicate how our platform meets their needs.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Product Expertise:
    Deliver compelling product demonstrations and stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular updates to sales leadership on activity and pipeline status.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
    • Industry experience in event management, marketing technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling approach.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.
  • Mindset:
    • Results-driven, with a passion for solving customer challenges.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
