The primary responsibility of this role is to increase revenue by selling HVAC equipment, parts, and related support products while building strong relationships and expanding the company's market reach within a designated region.
This requires identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through targeted strategies and initiatives, as well as offering expert advice on product selection to ensure a smooth, hassle-free customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with contractors to boost sales and increase the client base.
- Act as the company's representative at key industry events, trade shows, and dealer gatherings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the wholesale distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and the specific needs of contractors.
