Compensation: Commission-based, first-year earnings expectation of $70,000 (50K base)

Team Growth: Expanding from 5 to 12 team members

Training: Two-week onsite training in Melbourne, FL (lodging & mileage reimbursement provided)

Our client is seeking motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agents to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will prospect and close home insurance sales, conduct policy reviews, and provide top-tier service to policyholders. We offer a supportive team environment, extensive training, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Business Development:

• Proactively prospect and generate new home insurance business
• Close deals by effectively communicating coverage options and benefits
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Conduct insurance policy reviews to ensure clients have the best coverage

Customer Service & Client Retention:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with policyholders
• Provide exceptional customer support for policy inquiries, claims, and policy changes
• Work closely with clients to ensure seamless onboarding and renewal processes

Compliance & Product Knowledge:

• Stay up to date on insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance
• Accurately process paperwork, applications, and policy documentation
• Ensure all transactions meet Florida state insurance laws and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 2044 Insurance License (Property & Casualty) is required

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in insurance sales (preferably Property & Casualty)

Skills:

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (Applied experience preferred)
