About the Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager with a strong blend of electrical and mechanical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a solid background in robotics and automation. This is a key role overseeing the production equipment in our high-speed manufacturing facility—not facilities maintenance (which is overseen by separate teams).

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team across multiple shifts
- Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production equipment issues
- Oversee robotics and automated systems maintenance
- Drive improvements through CMMS, data, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production and engineering to meet uptime goals
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and budgets
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 8 years in high-speed manufacturing maintenance
- 3–5 years direct people management of maintenance teams
- Strong electro-mechanical skillset (PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with automation and robotics systems
- CMMS experience and data-driven approach
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Bonus Points For:
- Technical degree or maintenance certifications
- Experience with Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma
- Experience in food, beverage, CPG, packaging, plastics industry experience
Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
