iR has partnered with a local Austin company who is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to guide the strategy, development, and execution of their new Beta product.
As the product lead, you will play a pivotal role in evolving a newer product from a Beta tool into a fully scaled, high-impact product.
This role will manage a Product Owner, lead a dedicated scrum team, and collaborate across the organization to continuously enhance the tool, expand its capabilities, and align with the broader vision of delivering actionable insights and AI-driven solutions that support their customers in running their businesses.

- Partner with leadership to define and manage an outcomes-based roadmap, defining business cases that drive user value and deliver on a positive product ROI.
- Set, monitor, and report on product KPI’s, driving adoption and identifying opportunities to retain or grow the customer base and improve user sentiment.
- Incorporate advanced analytics, insights, and AI capabilities to guide advisors in making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to streamline end-to-end processes.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to prioritize features and improvements that maximize value for financial advisors.
- Manage a Product Owner and provide clear guidance to the scrum team, ensuring successful delivery of product enhancements in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful product features.
- Act as the primary advocate and evangelist for their newer product, communicating its value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and leadership roles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Financial Services/Wealth Management industry experience a plus
