Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Interactive Resources - iR. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and other relevant standards.
- Lead the implementation of HACCP programs and support risk assessment and change management activities.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
- Generate monthly reports on quality and food safety system data.
- Ensure production compliance with regulatory, internal, and customer product/packaging specifications.
- Issue customer-mandated compliance documents, such as COAs and regulatory statements.
- Oversee plant quality control programs, including product testing, data integrity, and rework management.
- Manage performance of quality test equipment and calibration programs.
