Overview
Interactive Resources is looking to add an experienced IT Recruiting Professional to join our award-winning team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting a broad range of roles including programmers, developers, consultants, and engineers, as well as QA, BA, PM positions, among others. The Technical Recruiter will generate relationships with candidates weekly and fill positions by working closely with the sales team. In addition, this person will be responsible for branding and promoting iR to the local IT community.

Qualifications
- 1-5 years of technical recruiting experience and/or working in an IT related sales field is preferred.
- Experience in IT Staffing, high volume sales, or account management preferred.
- Dynamic, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle recruiting for multiple searches
- Establishing strong relationships with candidates through phone calls & meetings, interviewing & resume screening experience to ensure a candidate's credentials match job requirements, experience building & maintaining a referral network to maintain pipeline.
- Aggressively sourcing, recruiting & qualifying candidates through all available channels: social media, cold calls, web searches, referrals etc.
- Managing candidates through a multi-stage evaluation and interview process
- Maintain proper documentation at all times & diligently maintaining our applicant tracking system of candidates & customers
- Manage supporting a sales team from a remote capacity while delivering at a high level.
