Job Title: Technology Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both project management and business analysis, with a preference for candidates who have worked on Salesforce-based projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate regular meetings to track progress and gather feedback.
Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Assist in the development of functional and technical specifications.
Salesforce Project Experience (Preferred):
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement enhancements.
- Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce configuration and customization.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues proactively.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Coordinate testing efforts and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, preferably with Salesforce-based projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Salesforce Administrator or related certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project demands.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and customization within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
