Senior Treasury Management Operations Support Specialist
The Senior Treasury Management Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting business clients and assisting junior-level associates with resolving complex issues related to Treasury Management products and services. This position ensures exceptional client service by troubleshooting inquiries, escalating concerns, and documenting client interactions in compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Treasury Management products, services, and operational processes to effectively respond to client inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor team tracking and processing logs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior associates on system functionality, applications, and operational best practices.
- Utilize business and commercial banking knowledge to address unique client concerns and operational challenges that may not have predefined solutions.
- Analyze and explain product pricing structures, fee schedules, earnings credits, and compensating balances to internal and external clients.
- Assess client account structures and refer appropriate Treasury Management solutions, ensuring accurate billing methodologies.
- Ensure client requests, service modifications, and escalations are thoroughly documented and presented to relevant teams for processing within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist clients with general banking inquiries as outlined in applicable procedures.
- Accurately document and resolve client complaints within required SLAs.
- Adhere to all documented Treasury Management Operations policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Strong expertise in Treasury Management systems, applications, and products (e.g., ACH Origination, Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Sweeps, ZBAs, Business Online Banking portals).
- Experience providing client-facing support for advanced Business Online Banking functionality and complex transaction processing.
- Knowledge of SFTP file transfers and Treasury Management payment file processing requirements.
- Background in implementing Treasury Management products and services.
- Understanding of deposit operations related to Treasury Management products and services.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days in-office, with one flexible remote workday.
- Education: Vocational, technical, or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: 3 years required; 5 years preferred in a related role.
- Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work in an office setting.
